1. About Lance Vault

Lance Vault is a startup product for freelancers and small teams to track projects, payments, invoices, portals, and client communication. The business is not yet registered; when we say “Lance Vault,” “we,” or “our,” we mean the Lance Vault team.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Lance Vault. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Security

You’re responsible for your account and anything done with it. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Contact admin@lancevault.app for account security help.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellations

Pricing is shown on our website. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Paystack. If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

Please use Lance Vault only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the platform, or use it for fraud or spam.

6. Your Content

You own the data you enter (projects, invoices, portal content, client messages, and other records). You grant us permission to store and process your content only to operate and improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but it may occasionally be unavailable. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Lance Vault is not a legal, tax, or accounting service—please consult a professional if you need advice.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify users of significant changes.
